lv.testing.assert_no_overlap

Fail if any two polygons on layer overlap (positive area intersection). Uses shapely’s unary_union — if the sum of individual areas exceeds the union area by more than a tiny epsilon, there’s an overlap, and we extract the intersection regions for the failure overlay.
