lv.testing.assert_ports_connected

Fail if any port in the layout is dangling (not part of any extracted net). Backed by lm.extract_netlist + the PortInfo .net_id is None orphan marker the netlist subsystem already surfaces.

lv.testing.assert_ports_connected(target: 'Any') -> 'None'
